Another sword card... we've been in the mind for a few days now haven't we? The Science card tells us we are learning lessons today, mental skill based lessons. Open a book. Real a manual. Go back to school. Today will require you to use your mind in a concerted effort of thinking, and it will require you to learn some new things.

July 27th, 2011 - Wednesday - Prince of Swords

Just a quick note on yesterday's card. I didn't get the clarity it promised till very late at night. But as I pursued it, it came. As for this card, The Prince of Swords. Another damn MIND card! Turbulent Thoughts. Good warning. You know your mind is going to go racing today, or you will meet peoplewith turbulent mental energy. This is a very elite mental energy, philosophy, questioning everything. Very sharp, but icky. So if you meet this energy today, either in yourself or in another... GROUND IT. Hunker down low, eat some dirt, and find some ways through movement or meditation to STOP THINKING.

There is a message from the universe coming to today. A message on a platter. Let go of the old way of doing things... and allow this new message, which might sound crazy... or seem really different... to enter into your mind. A sharp turn might be in order. July 25th, 2011 - Monday - The Magus Bear Dreamer

This is a card that indicates in no uncertain terms that you should slow down and go within today. A great deal of the Tarot has a theme of going within for your answers, facing your shadows, over coming them. This card is another of those, telling you that your answers are WITHIN, and that YOU are the source of all that happens in your life.

July 24th, 2011 - Sunday - Indolence

Yesterday's card was Indolence. This card was weird for me, as I felt into it all day long to see where it was indicating things to me. I honestly didn't feel indolent, which means stuck in your emotions. But by the end of the day, the cards meaning became clear because I ended up dealing with Indolence in others and how I navigated that emotional shadow was really important. (Sometimes it's fun to analyze the cards AFTER the day is over, you get a different perspective).
