Last night before I went to bed I read in David Deida's book about opening and loving, and he challenged his readers to open and love IN LIFE. Turn off the TV and LOVE. Be active in it. Just knowing you are LOVE is good, but it is better to go OUT and love. To love outward. To DO love, not just BE love. I was considering this in the morning, feeling the love, and my heart flowed, and I felt it, and then a phone call came in. You should heard me deal with my customer, I was just calm and cool and full of love. Not that he would have known that consciously though!

Today's card was the STRENGTH card, embrace your shadow and heal. Cool stuff. There by you gain strength. Strength from OPENING, strength from loving outward.
