My apologies for the late "card of the week"! This is going to be an emotional week for you or someone around you. There is a sense of emotional delusion, disconnect, and denial in the air. There is no denying the emotion is present, but it is ungrounded and whirling in a way that is hard to pin down.  This is not a week to allow ego and the mind to override your emotional body. Instead ground yourself and let the emotion run through you. It may hit areas where you are kinked up but don't let that cause you to detach from what is really going on. Stick with it and let it move in a healthy way.

February 12th, 2013 - Tuesday - Strength - Good Morning!  We are in the year of the BEAR!  Turning within to get our answers.  We are in the week of Abundance!  And today we got the strength card coming off the magical disappointment card.  So what good is this?  What does this card mean and how can it help you today?  The message is this:  Adapt.  Use your strength to adapt.  There will be some areas you are heading into this week that are NOT your forte!  No worries.  Strength card in this position at this time tells you no worries, just adapt.  You'll have to shift gears and move in a different direction. What will benefit you the most is not reacting to your weaknesses, but using strengths in new and creative ways.  You are heading into a new Abundance!  It's exciting... but it's going to require your strength AND your adaptability. It's okay to be weak in some areas. It really is.  Just adapt and use your strengths!  You'll do very well.

New! Beginning this week I will pull a card for the next 7 days. This week it is Abundance. This week is going to flow and move in a way that is spacious and provides a lot of wiggle, wriggle, and shimmy room........ at first. :) Near week end things will begin to splinter a bit. Plans that felt solid at the beginning are going to take unexpected turns. The beauty of this is that it is all within the realm of a grand design. Yes, things are going to go sideways this week, but it will actually provide an unexpected and much needed boost, perspective, and/or blessing.

Solid ground under our feet. One thing to keep in mind is that you need to bend a little so you don't break. Don't overdue the push today. Allow yourself some space within this new rush of motivation and determination so you don't burn out in one day.

February 1st 2013 ~ Friday ~ Disappointment ~ Things are getting complicated. Entertwined stuckness. When you pull one foot out of the quicksand, the other foot sinks deeper. While there is sticky muckness below there is a sense of vast emptiness above. Nothing to stand on and nothing to grip in order to pull yourself out of the mire. Depressed yet? No, you are not, and that is a good thing. Even though things are stuck there is still a itty, bitty feeling that the universe is still moving underneath the quagmire. You can still sense a faint pulse of life force energy. My suggestion? Find some piece of today that makes you smile and engages you in life outside of yourself. Quit ruminating for God's sake! :)
