October 30th, 2013 - Wednesday - Princess of Disks - Capricorn Responsibility! Pregnancy and Birth. Dirt and earth and mud and soil.

In the face of sudden outside strife coming from a once trusted source, how do you respond? Kindness. Gentleness. Sensitivity. Open heart. Compassion. As we talked about yesterday in the Aeon Card, we see things clearly now. You DISCERN. You see the truth, and this card tells you that you have surrendered to what IS. The natural processes of life and death. And because of this surrender you've made you can feel in your heart other people's weakness, and problems. They are hurting, and though they have lashed out at you... you don't judge.

With calm and balance you will continue to move forward in the indicated direction. You see the truth, and you surrendered to what is, and now you are filled with love and joy and are moving forward fully open, fully present, and ready for the upcoming changes. You are so open, so loving, this is a good way to be as you adapt to what feel like unsavory expressions.

Right here, right now you can see through the fog. Look. Turn your head. Focus your vision onto things previous clouded, and suddenly, today, you will SEE. This a great card. Open your eyes and take advantage of it today. Become a kid, and look at everything you ever saw, with new eyes. The patterns, the magic, all will be revealed. Big or small, this is a day to look at old things in a new light. You can see the matrix through all and all.

How can we look deeper though? What the hell does this card really mean for ME today? What do I need to see? It's about adaptability, it's seeing what is, and having the strength to surrender to it and adapt to it. That's what it's about. Seeing the truth is one thing, but then being able to hang with it is another. That's the test of this card. The step toward completion of any project is seeing it for what it really is, sans the egoic perceptions and predictions and needs and wants.

October 25th, 2013 - Friday - Pleasure - Here is a card we don't see very often in this recent turn of the wheel. This is a good flow card. Things are going your way.

But is the pleasure real? Why is the Tarot always saying shit like that? It's either a pleasurable day or not, right? But we are dancing Dakinis here, duality loves duality, right? Two sides of the same coin and all that. This is the feminine realm of expertise, pleasure, and it stands to reason that one day it feels good and the next it hurts.

But today... primarily in the realms of sensuality and sexuality... the flow is there. Today... feeling past all your own limitations and worries, ask for what you want. Ask. Whatever it may be... ask for it. If you are alone, ask the universe, God, Goddess, Deity, Angels. If you are with someone, ask them for what you want. Don't be ashamed, don't be worried. If you want to lick vanilla ice cream off someone's toes... ask for it. Today is the day to lick vanilla ice cream!

Hanging over my head was the end of all good things, like I had been living on borrowed time... that is exactly what this card is saying. Your life of 'luxury' is over. You've been running from something, whether it's real or imagined, and you've been numbing yourself, avoiding it, obsessively focusing on other things... anything but handling the situation at hand. Time to figure out what you need to do and do it.
