October 3rd, 2012 - Wednesday - Strength


October 3rd, 2012 - Wednesday - Strength - A day of strength... you may find yourself lacking energy though, but today you need to dig down and find the strength to get through. Your routines are coming back, you need to find them again, and just break through your weariness.  Make a list of things you need to do, and get a little of each item done, so you still feel accomplished.  If you need to go running, for instance, at least run to the end of the road and back.  You don't have to do it all today, in fact you won't have the energy to do it all, but you can a little of each thing and you'll feel good at the end of the day.  Accomplished.
