Peace of Mind.... actually and literally. A level 2 peace. Very compromised. I give you this, you give me that. A balance. This is not a power exchanged, this is a power equilibrium. It is said the BEST possible government is a dictator. He has the power to get things done. It is also said the WORST possible government is a dictator. He also has the power to destroy. So we settle for PEACE. Compromise. We settle for democracy. Level 2 Democracy today.
