This is a card that indicates in no uncertain terms that you should slow down and go within today. A great deal of the Tarot has a theme of going within for your answers, facing your shadows, over coming them. This card is another of those, telling you that your answers are WITHIN, and that YOU are the source of all that happens in your life.
That's not a bear. If you look a bit more closely, it's the Ape of Thoth. Note the hand-like feet, which, unlike a bear's, have no claws.
