November 13th, 2013 - Wednesday - Valour - Mars vs. Leo - Well...well... well... I felt an awesome balance between emptiness and full embodiment this morning, and then got wrenched by a divisive judgmental wretch. This card speaks to the war that is going on in the background of everything in your life, that undercurrent battle you are fighting even when you are smiling...
I've been courageous. But as they say... discretion is the better part of valor...
It is good to be brave, but it is also good to be careful. And today in the titanic battle between Mars and Leo we need to consider if we ought not take a bit of a break. Might it be time to withdraw? Sometimes it's time to beat the retreat, and wait for another day.
And who doesn't mind a message from the universe that you've done well, you are on track, you are one courageous son of a bitch, but today... you should relax and take it easy and let it go... I like that message. You have dreams, you've taken new risks (I know I have!) and it's time to take a break. Sure, this would be better on a Friday, I agree... but why not take a break today? Wednesday?
In the center of the war, find your balance between emptiness and duality... and relax into it with deep breath, WRITING (put it down and burn it up!) and then go do something. Be the person doing... in between the spaces...
