November 14th, 2013 - Thursday - Knight of Disks - Good Thursday morning! Yesterday's Mars Leo battle is over and we are settling into a very Taurus like energy for the day and heading into the weekend. Family is the main thrust of what is happening today, which is ironic because the house is currently empty and all my family is scattered doing their thing...
What this card is telling me today, is kind of what the Valour card said yesterday. Move slowly, forward, take your time. Be consistent. Reasonable. One day at a time. You might think the risk you took earlier this week is going to pay off immediately, and it might, but it will require. This is the good man card, the good work card, where you are working for the land and the deep steep depth of your tribe.
That's the simple message to me: Get going. Do it. You can't expect it all to be given to you. This card says get up and work. Remember WHY you are doing things. Today it's for your family and your future, and that requires you doing it. Hit the pavement. Do the work. You ARE heading in the right direction, no doubt, but you can't sit on your ass and expect it to happen by itself. The Goddess so wants to help you... help yourself today. Steady. Slow. Nose to the grindstone. Keep a smile on your grubby face as you get down into the dirt and WORK.
