Card of the Week ~ Sunday, March 2nd - Saturday, March 8th, 2014 ~ Pleasure ~ 

Ah yes.... the Pleasure card has stepped in to paint our week. We did so much work during our previous week of Indolence that we can now feel a momentary flush of joy and pleasure over the next 7 days. We have cultivated an internal fire that is filling us up but it is not self-sustaining. We need to remember this week that all fires need to be tended including the fire of pleasure. As good as it feels to have our hard work pay off, we still need to carefully monitor the new spring of growth we have created and recognize that without careful cultivating it is a fickle and temporary thing.

The Praying Mantis will help us navigate this week of cultivating new-found/awakened energy within the intensity of our relationships.  Here is the indication to pause, to grow still within, to listen to your own deepest intuition.. or your pleasure will be fleeting indeed.  Remember, nothing intense sustains itself.  You have to make the choice to sustain this energy or extinguish it if it does not serve.
